Harden the home. Fix the insurance.
Wetline hardens homes against wildfire across Greater Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada, then documents the work so homeowners can get standard coverage again, often at a lower premium. King Tide built the brand, the website and the tools that turn a frightening topic into a clear next step.

Help a homeowner in a fire zone feel safer, and know their number, in one visit.
Insurers are pulling out of fire country, and homeowners in places like Malibu, Topanga and Tahoe are being pushed onto the FAIR Plan at painful prices. Wetline, a team led by former fire chiefs, had the answer: six layers of defense, documented for carriers. It had to read as credible to a homeowner, a broker and an underwriter at the same time.
We built a calm, serious identity in near black and ember orange and led the site with the question homeowners actually ask: what will this save me? Behind it sit the tools: a ZIP code savings estimator with a readiness score, a live wildfire map built on National Interagency Fire Center and National Weather Service data, a layer by layer system explainer, and location and news pages that keep Wetline findable in every community it serves.
